Is the website secure? Why do I have to enter my social security number on the website application?
Yes, the application page is secure. All personal information (SSN, date of birth, etc) is encoded so it is not viewable after submission. Your SSN is required as a standard part of our application process.
Do I need to complete a seperate application for Store Manager and Team Member/Shift Supervisor?
Yes, you must complete a separate appliction for each position that you want to apply for.
I applied a week ago and haven't heard back yet. When can I expect to be contacted?
You will receive a phone call from the hiring manager if he or she would like to move forward with you in the hiring process.
I am having problems completing the application on my Macintosh computer. Can I apply on a Mac?
Our applications are not currently compatible with Macs. Please apply on a PC. Thank you.
Are full-time and part-time positions available?
Yes. We have full-time and part-time positions available at our stores. As part of the application you will select your desired type of employment and enter your availability for each day of the week.
Do I have to apply online?
Yes. Caribou Coffee stores do not accept paper applications. You must aply online for any Caribou Coffee position.
Do I have to apply online for each store I want to work at?
Yes. You must submit an application directly to each store you are interested in working at. Your completed application is sent directly to the store you select and that Store Manager is the only manager who can view your application.
