Caribou Coffee is looking Field Support Team Members who are not only passionate about food, customer service and the Caribou Coffee brand, but who can provide training, motivation and support for our retail store Team Members.
Caribou Coffee Field Support Team Members must have excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to make decisions in an uncertain environment is an essential part of being successful in a Field Support position.
Field Support Team Members should have the ability to think critically and to make timely decisions. In our fast-paced environment you will be required to independently manage and follow through multi-step projects and procedures on a consistent basis.
To help you grow and succeed as part of the Caribou Coffee team, you will go through an in-depth training program.
